Leadership Talk

To remember the teachings of Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj on the sacred occasion of his birth anniversary, under the dynamic leadership of Dr Keshav Badaya, President, Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj University, #CSMU #NaviMumbai and Secretary of St. Wilfred's Education Society, a workshop on 'Leadership Dynamics and Growth Mindset' was organised for the faculty members of #swccs and eminent guests participants.

The objective of this workshop was to reiterate on leadership development and the importance of leaders to promote a sustainable future through inculcating a growth mindset.

Esteemed Guest Speaker and Management Guru, Dr Deepak Waikar was invited from #Singapore to interact with participants. Dr Shubhi Lall Agarwal Director of SWCCS alongside Dr Waikar shared her thoughts on 'Lead by example' and discussed the leaders and their leadership styles in a chaotic environment and a VUCA World with their outcomes.

The participants enjoyed the online workshop and shared their feedback with Dr Waikar.
